Items available for pre-ordering are generally nearing the end of their production process and should become available relatively soon. We try to provide the availability timeline estimate as best we can; however, please realize that the actual time depends on the respective manufacturer/distributor. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled by the customer unless we have been unable to deliver within the estimated timeline or provide a reasonable updated timeline (in that case, the customer may request cancellation/refund or opt to wait longer).
