Age Restrictions

Under the Gun Control Act (GCA), shotguns and rifles, and related ammunition may only be sold to individuals 18 years or older. Other firearms may only be sold to individuals 21 years or older. By accessing or using our Service, you certify that you are at least 21 years old and comply with these age restrictions and all applicable laws. If you are under 21, you are not permitted to use this Service.

Placing Orders for Goods

By placing an Order, You confirm you can legally enter into binding contracts.

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel Your Order for reasons including, but not limited to, Goods availability, errors in description or prices, or suspected fraud. As an FFL dealer, we can also refuse or cancel any firearm order or transfer request for any reason.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You can cancel your Order before it is shipped and receive a refund. Returns must comply with our Returns Policy. Only Goods in the same condition as received, with all instructions and packaging, will be accepted. Certain Goods, such as custom items or those unsuitable for return, are non-refundable.

Errors and Inaccuracies

Our offerings may contain errors or be mispriced. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information and reserve the right to correct errors and update information without prior notice.

Product Photos

We strive for accurate product photos, but manufacturers may change designs without notice. Visual differences that do not affect functionality are possible. We guarantee that the UPC or another product-specific identifier of the product will be as displayed on the website and that the customer will receive the product corresponding to that UPC/identifier. However, manufacturer/distributor photos may sometimes vary and deviate from the actual product.

Prices Policy

Prices may be revised at any time before accepting an Order. If changes affect your Order, You will have the right to cancel.

Payments

All purchases are one-time payments via accepted methods like Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal. Payment cards are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer.

The Company is a dealer of Goods and does not manufacture or modify any Goods. We are not liable for any manufacturer defects or flaws. Any issues should be directed to the manufacturer. Used Firearms Disclaimer

All used firearms are sold as-is, without guarantees or warranties. We strongly recommend inspection by a qualified gunsmith before use. By purchasing a used firearm, You agree to hold Us harmless from any claims or damages arising from its use.

User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any activities under it. Notify Us immediately of any security breaches.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.

Feedback

You assign all rights to any Feedback provided to the Company.
