Thank you for shopping at Kind Sniper LLC.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us. 

INTERPRETATION AND DEFINITIONS

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

• Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Kind Sniper LLC, 1350 Beverly Rd, Ste. 115-109, McLean, VA 22101.
• Items refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
• Orders mean a request by You to purchase Items from Us.
• Service refers to the Website.

• Website refers to Kind Sniper LLC, located at www.kindsniper.com and www.kindsniper.shop

• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

YOUR ORDER CANCELLATION RIGHTS

You are entitled to cancel Your Order before it is shipped. We will issue a refund through the same method of payment you used to pay for the item. 

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement and reference to a specific sales transaction. You can inform us of your decision by email: sales(at)kindsniper(dot)com

OUR ORDER CANCELLATION RIGHTS

As an FFL dealer, we have the discretion to refuse and/or cancel any firearm order and/or transfer request for any reason, disclosed or undisclosed. If we find it necessary to cancel the order as a result of the customer’s failure to respond to our communications and/or follow our processes, we may impose a restocking fee and withhold it from the amount of the refund.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

We will accept a return and issue a full refund if the item you have received differs from the make, model or condition that were advertised, and the following conditions are met:

The item must be returned to us unfired, unchanged (that includes all elements of item’s functionality, cosmetics, and packaging), and/or otherwise unused. PLEASE NOTE: we photograph and timestamp all items we ship, immediately prior to shipping.

IF the item you purchased from us is a firearm, before completing form 4473 please inspect this firearm to ensure the following:

• Fit: ensure the firearm you received is the one you had ordered.
• Finish: ensure the finish is to your expectations. No nicks, scratches, or imperfections you can't live with!
• Function: All aspects of this firearm are working properly: Magazines, safeties, cylinders, etc.

If one or more of these is not to your expectations STOP! DO NOT proceed with form 4473. Have the FFL return the firearm to us and include the reason.

Returns of a firearm after it has been transferred:

• Must have our prior authorization in writing;
• Must take place within 7 days after the transfer;
• Are subject to a 10% restocking fee; 
• Are contingent upon having met all applicable "CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS" discussed in this section. 

Returns of non-firearm items: 

• Must have our prior authorization in writing;
• Must take place within 14 days after the purchase;
• Are contingent upon having met all applicable "CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS" discussed in this section.
  

The following Items cannot be returned:

• The items made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
• The items which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
• The items which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
• The new/never-used items with discovered manufacturer-warranty-related issues.
• The items which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
• Ammunition. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

RETURNING ITEMS

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Items to Us. You should send the Items at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Items or proof of received return delivery.
