Interpretation

Words with initial capital letters have specific meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions apply whether the terms appear in singular or plural form.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

• Company: Refers to Kind Sniper LLC, 1350 Beverly Rd, Ste. 115-109, McLean, VA 22101 (also referred to as "We", "Us", or "Our").
• Items: Refers to the products offered for sale on our Service.
• Orders: Refers to a request by you to purchase products from us.
• Service: Refers to the Website.
• Website: Refers to Kind Sniper LLC, accessible from www.kindsniper.com, www.kindsniper.shop, and www.kind-sniper.com.
• You: Refers to the individual or entity accessing or using the Service.

Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order before it has shipped. We will issue a refund through the same method of payment you used. If we have already ordered an item from a distributor to fulfill your order, a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply, depending on the distributor’s policies.

To cancel, please email us with a clear reference to the specific sales transaction at sales@kindsniper.com.

Our Order Cancellation Rights

As an FFL dealer, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any firearm order or transfer request for any reason, disclosed or undisclosed. If we must cancel due to the customer's failure to respond to our communications or follow our processes, a restocking fee may be imposed.

Conditions for Returns

We will accept a return and issue a full refund if the item you received differs from the advertised make, model, or condition, provided the following conditions are met:

• Items must be in their original, unopened, and unaltered condition, including all packaging and manufacturer seals.
• For items with manufacturer-sealed packaging, once the seal is broken or the packaging is opened, the product is no longer considered new and cannot be returned, even if unused. The exception to this rule is when we made an error, such as sending the wrong product (e.g., different MPN or UPC).
• Any manufacturer-related defects should be handled directly with the manufacturer under their warranty process.

"I Changed My Mind" Returns

If you decide to return an item because you’ve changed your mind, we will accept the return within 14 days, provided the item is not non-returnable and all "Conditions for Returns" are met. Please note that a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply, depending on the respective manufacturer’s or distributor’s policy. Return shipping costs, along with the applicable restocking fee, will be withheld from your refund.

Firearm Purchases

Before completing Form 4473 for firearm purchases, please inspect your firearm to ensure:

• Fit: The firearm is the one you ordered.
• Finish: The firearm’s finish meets your expectations.
• Function: All components (magazines, safeties, cylinders, etc.) work properly.

If any of these aspects do not meet your expectations, STOP. Do not proceed with completing Form 4473. Instead, have your FFL return the firearm to us within 7 days, along with the reason for the return. Please ensure that the firearm remains unaltered and undamaged, both functionally and cosmetically. 

Firearm Returns After Transfer

• Must have prior written authorization from us.
• Must take place within 7 days of the transfer.
• Are subject to a restocking fee.
• Must meet all applicable "Conditions for Returns."

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Items made to your specifications or personalized.
• Items that deteriorate quickly or have expired.
• Items that were unsealed after delivery for health or hygiene reasons.
• Ammunition.
• New items with manufacturer warranty issues.

We reserve the right to refuse returns for any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions.

We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue refunds without proof of return delivery or receipt of the returned items.

Customer Background Check Failure

If a firearm is ordered from a distributor for a customer and the customer fails the background check, the firearm must be returned to us from the FFL at the customer’s expense within 7 days of the failed check. Upon receipt and inspection of the firearm, a refund will be issued minus a 25% restocking fee based on the distributor's policy.
