FFL Transfer Policy
- If you are a Virginia resident and would like Kind Sniper LLC to handle your FFL Transfer transaction, you must submit a request AND obtain our written approval prior to designating us as your transfer FFL. Again, you must have our written approval before having a firearm shipped to us. No transfer will be conducted without prior approval.
- If we have approved a transfer transaction, we will share a copy of our FFL with the sender FFL (be sure to provide accurate name and contact information in the Transfer Request Form). However, we will not send a copy of our FFL to a non-FFL party; such party can verify our FFL status through ATF’s EZ Check system (enter 1, 54, 26234).
- Transfer transactions, including local transfers, are conducted by appointment only. If we had approved your firearm to be shipped to us, we will contact you to set up an appointment once it has arrived and been properly logged in. Firearms received without our prior approval might be shipped back to sender.
- Our transfer fee is $40.00 ($25 for Military and LE, active-duty or veterans – valid credentials required).
- As an FFL, we have ultimate discretion and reserve the right to refuse any transfer, with or without explaining/justifying our decision.
- We do NOT accept transfers from the following dealers: Guns.com
