Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIME AND CARRIERS

Depending on the method of payment and current workload, shipping your item may take up to 5 business days after we have received the payment. If an item is not in our immediate stock and must be shipped from a distributor's warehouse, the timelines might be longer.  We will do our best to ship as expeditiously as possible, and we will communicate the order processing status and estimated shipping timeline if we are unable to ship immediately. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once the item has been shipped. We ship via the following carriers, selected at our discretion: USPS, UPS, FedEx. If there are any unexpected issues with your order, we will get in touch with you promptly.

FIREARMS

You/the transferee must be a legal resident of the destination state, unless you qualify for an exception (such as stationed military personnel). You/the transferee must be of legal age to own the purchased firearm. 

Firearms can and will ONLY be shipped to a verified FFL whose copy of the license we have on file. Our website allows you to select the FFL as a part of the firearm purchase transaction, based on your specified location. If for some reason the FFL of your choice is not on the list, you can supply the FFL’s information (name and license number) at a later time by emailing us at sales@kindsniper.com; however, if we have not received the FFL information within 3 business days, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction. 

IMPORTANT: Please make sure the FFL you choose can and is willing to perform your transfer transaction. The FFL must send us a copy of their license in relation to your specific transaction before we can ship your firearm to them. No exceptions will be made. Your FFL’s information can be submitted to us in one of the the following ways:

We suggest you contact the FFL immediately after the purchase transaction. It is your responsibility to make all necessary arrangements pertaining to the transfer with the receiving FFL. 

IMPORTANT: Before purchasing a firearm or a firearm accessory, please make sure it is legal in the destination state. For example, if you live in a state where so-called high-capacity magazines are prohibited, please be advised that we will not alter the magazines; depending on the state and the firearm, we may agree to ship the firearm without the magazines at no reduced cost. In general, it is very important that you know the destination state’s applicable laws and legal restrictions prior to attempting a purchase. Before we ship, we will verify the legality of the purchased firearm in relation to the shipping destination; if we cannot ship to your destination, we will cancel/void the order.

IMPORTANT: Before purchasing a firearm, please be reasonably confident that you/the transferee will pass the background check. If your background check comes back “denied”, your FFL may return the firearm to us (at your or their expense), and provided the firearm’s packaging and condition are unchanged, we will accept the return and issue a refund minus 10% restocking fee.

We reserve the right to cancel any transaction and issue a refund as applicable and appropriate.
